Ergonomic and functional assembly rack is a product that is first of all dedicated to the electrical branch, but is also perfect for industrial automation or motor industry.
Racks are diligently manufactured using top-class materials, thereby they are very solid and stable. They provide comfortable and safe working conditions, while thought-out design solutions guarantee productivity increase.
Depending on the model, the assembly table has two or four work surfaces, which allows the table to be used even by several fitters at the same time.
The rack is equipped with shelves, on which up to twelve distribution boards can be placed. Height adjustment of separate shelves allows to create optimal configuration of working platforms/supports – it is perfectly adapted to individual needs and characteristic aspects of a specific assembly.
The rack is equipped with casters, which provides a great convenience during transporting of (re)assembled components or arranging the working place.
During assembly works with the rack, a caster locking mechanism can be used in order to immobilize the entire structure. The inclination angle of the working frames is 75 degrees, which ensures a fitter a comfortable and relaxed working position.
In order to provide suitable stability of boards or mounting plates the racks are equipped with M8 eyebolts, which allow to attach boards with e.g., tensioning rubbers.
The points of contact of distribution boards or mounting plates and the rack structure have additional rubber padding in order to prevent damage/scratching of individual components. Modular design and compatibility of Smart Table assembly racks makes it possible to group them together. The segments assembled from several racks allow placing on them many distribution boards for testing and their convenient connection with wires. To provide perfect comfort of work we suggest to use additional holders to ensure, that the hanged wiring will not become tangled and be a hazard to fitters.
