Universal working frames of our tables are suitable for fitting of many different types of mounting plates, that are available on the market. Depending on a model, Premium assembly tables weigh approximately 56 kg or approximately 70 kg and are made of powder coated steel.
The Premium option provides an assembly table with an expansible and lifting operation frame with an inclination range of 0-75 degrees (USTM_D75 model) and the USTM_D90 model with an expansible working frame with working range of 0-90 degrees. The dimensions of the operating frame are 1,000 x 1,500 mm, while when extended the working platform enlarges to 1,500 x 2,000 mm. The load limit of the table is 200 kg horizontally and the maximum weight of a vertically mounted plate is 150 kg.
Premium assembly tables have two additional side supports and it is possible to detach the movable base from the working frame. For the USTM_D75 model the height of the working surface is permanent and is 750 mm, and for the USTM_D90 assembly tables the operating surfaces can be raised up to 1,100 mm. Support fittings as well as straight and angular handles provide perfect stabilization of mounting plates, that are attached to the frame.
