Universal assembly table USTM_E90 is a solution that allows extending and lifting the operating frame and is equipped with magnetic support. It is perfect for the work of fitters in the electrical, automotive and industries related to industrial automation.
To create the product, we used the highest quality steel and superior aluminum profiles systems. During design and production, we took care of the smallest details so that the table works flawlessly and meets the needs of even the most demanding users.
The product is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage, so it can be used in various working environments without risk that difficult conditions will reduce its durability.
We based the profile system on the solutions of a well-known brand, Bosch Rexroth which guarantees the highest quality. Taking care of the safety of product users, we have equipped it with a comprehensive set of safeguards to minimize the risk of injuries and accidents at work.
The USTM_E90 assembly table does not require a large area workshop because of its small size. The frame after folding has dimensions of 1000 × 1500 mm, and when unfolded 1500 × 2000 mm. We also offer versions that increase the working area up to 1600 × 2200 mm.
The permissible load of the table is 150 kg vertically and 200 kg horizontally. The product allows the installation of many types of mounting plates, all manufacturers of control cabinets.
Table service is comfortable thanks to the possibilities of a smooth change in its height and angle of inclination using actuators. Buttons in the cassette are used for this purpose.
The USTM_E90 table will also be suitable for fitters with physical disability. We designed it so that an employee using a wheelchair has adequate access to the working area. The product can also be equipped with systems that facilitate the placement of operated objects in the working field and brakes operated manually.
